Authorized Item Disposal
Any item removed, discarded, donated, or destroyed pursuant to explicit client authorization during the cleanup process.
Once authorization is given, it is irrevocable. The Company bears no responsibility for the loss of any such item.
No verbal statement by any crew member, dispatcher, or representative of the Company modifies or supersedes this liability limitation.
Regulatory Compliance
